Account Settings and Security (Modmath 4.0)

Your Modmath account settings let you update your password, manage how you sign in, and review active sessions.

Accessing Account Settings

1. Sign in to Modmath.
2. Click your name or profile icon in the top right.
3. Select Settings.

Password

Changing Your Password

1. Go to Account > Settings > Security.
2. Under Change Password, enter your current password, then your new password twice (minimum 8 characters). 
3. Click Save.

Linked Accounts

You can connect Google or Apple to your account so you can sign in with either method.

1. Go to Account > Settings > Security.
2. Under Providers, click Link next to Google or Apple.
3. Complete the sign-in flow for that provider.

To remove a linked account, click Disconnect — but only if you have another way to sign in (password or a different provider).
 

Active Sessions

The Sessions section shows all devices where you are currently signed in, including the browser type and approximate location.

To sign out a session on another device:

1. Go to Account > Settings > Security.
2. Find the session under Sessions.
3. Click Sign Out next to it.

Deleting Your Account

If you are a self-managed (non-enterprise) user, you can delete your account:

1. Go to Account > Settings > Security.
2. Scroll to the bottom and click Delete Account.
3. Confirm the deletion.

Note: Deleting your account is permanent. All your saved workbooks will be removed. If your account is managed by your school, contact your administrator instead.
