Modmath workbooks are personal to your account. This article explains the options currently available for sharing your work with others.
Sharing a Workbook File
The most direct way to share your work is to save it as a .mm file and send the file to someone else.
To save:
- Open the workbook you want to share.
- Tap the Three Dots (next to the Workbook name), and then click the Save button.
- A .mm file saves to your device.
To share: Send the file by email, AirDrop, Google Drive, or any file-sharing method you prefer.
To open on the recipient's side:
- Open Modmath and create a new workbook.
- Tap Import in the toolbar.
- Select File Library and open the .mm file.
Real-Time Collaboration
Modmath does not currently support real-time collaboration or shared workbooks. Each workbook belongs to one account.
We are exploring collaboration features for a future release.
For Teachers
To distribute a worksheet or template to students:
- Create the problem set in your Modmath canvas.
- Save the workbook as a .mm file.
- Share the file with students (via email, Google Classroom, or your LMS).
- Students import the file into their own Modmath accounts and complete the work.
