Modmath supports undo and redo on the canvas, letting you step back through your work or restore something you undid.
Using Undo and Redo
The UNDO and REDO buttons are located in the virtual keypad tool at the bottom of the keypad and in the Workbook toolbar in the upper left corner.
- UNDO — Reverses your most recent action.
- REDO — Reapplies the action you just undid.
Tap either button as many times as needed to move through your history.
What Can Be Undone
Undo and redo apply to actions on the canvas, including:
- Typing or erasing content in cells
- Adding or removing fractions, exponents, and other annotations
- Moving or dragging cells
- Drawing or erasing freehand strokes
- Adding or removing images
- Applying or removing highlights and crossouts
What Cannot Be Undone
- Switching between keyboard tabs (ADV1, ADV2, ADV3)
- Opening or closing the keypad
- Changing the canvas zoom level
Tips
- Undo history is preserved for the current session. Closing and reopening a workbook clears the undo stack.
- If UNDO is dimmed, there are no more actions to reverse.
- If REDO is dimmed, you are already at the most recent state.
