How do I highlight and italicize characters?

Modmath allows you to highlight or italicize cells in the Workbook to emphasize key information. This guide will show you how to format cells quickly and effectively. 

Note: Familiarity with selecting cells is recommended before starting. To learn about selecting cells in the Workbook see how do I manage cells and objects in the Workbook?

To highlight or italicize characters in the Workbook:

1. Open your Workbook
2. Select (tap or click) the cells you want to italicize or highlight

3. In the Toolbar, tap or click the format tool (capital I icon)

4. Select either highlight or italicize based on your needs.

5. To undo your highlight or italics, tap (or click) the selected choice again to undo
