Audience: This article is for school and organization IT administrators. End users do not have access to the Modmath Admin Portal.
The Admin Portal is located at app.modmath.com/admin. After signing up for Enterprise Distribution at modmath.com/enterprise-distribution, you will receive a magic link by email to finish setting up your account.

Organization
The Organization page displays your school or organization's name and address. Click the edit icon next to either field to make changes. Updates save immediately.
The page also shows a live breakdown of your current license:
- Total seats - The total number of seats purchased.
- Assigned seats - Seats currently held by active users.
- Available seats - Seats that are ready to be assigned.
- Renews next cycle - Seats that will renew at the end of your current term.
- Lifetime seats - Seats that do not expire.
User Management
The Users page lists every end user you've rostered. Each row shows the user's email address, subscription status, and seat assignment.
Add a single user
Click Create User, enter the user's email address, and click Send Invite. The user will receive an email with instructions to create their account.
Bulk import users
Click Bulk Import and upload a CSV file with one email address per row. Invitations will be sent to every address in the file.
Assign a seat
A user without a seat can view Modmath but cannot save work or access premium features. To assign a seat, click Assign to Seat in the user's row. One seat is immediately allocated from your available pool.
Remove a user from a seat
Click Remove from Seat in the user's row. The seat is returned to your available pool and can be reassigned to another user right away.
Remove a user from the organization
Click Remove from Org in the user's row and confirm in the dialog that appears. This revokes the user's access to your organization's Modmath instance but does not delete their Modmath account.
Billing
View license summary
The top of the Billing page shows your current subscription status, total seats purchased, and the start and end dates of your license term.
View and download invoices
The Invoice Status section displays your most recent outstanding invoice, including the invoice number, amount due, due date, payment status, and PO number if one is on file. Click Download PDF to save a copy. All past invoices are listed in the Invoice History table at the bottom of the page. Click any row to download that invoice as a PDF.
Add seats
Click Add Seats, enter the number of seats you need, and select a term of 1, 2, or 3 years. Review the estimated total, then choose a payment method. Pay Now completes payment immediately through Stripe. Invoice sends a bill to a billing email address you provide, with an optional PO number. New seats are available to assign as soon as payment is complete or the invoice is issued.
Remove seats from renewal
To reduce your seat count at the end of your current term, click Remove Seats from Renewal, enter the number of seats to remove, and confirm. Those seats remain active through the end of your current term but will not renew.
