The note tool is a feature that allows you to add personalized notes to any cell within your Workbook. The note tool can be found in the Toolbar and looks like a note icon. In this article, we’ll guide you through the simple steps to create, edit, and delete notes.

How do I create a note?
To create a note:
- Open your Workbook
- Tap (or click) the cell you wish to add a note to on your Workbook
- Tap (or click) the note tool (note icon), located in the toolbar on the top right side of your screen
- Tap (or click) the text box and enter the text you want for your note using your device's keyboard
- When you are finished, tap (or click) the right pointing arrow icon to complete your note
How do I edit a note?
To edit a note:
- Tap (or click) the note indicator to display the note window
- Tap (or click) the text box within the note window.
- Using your device's keyboard, input the text you wish to replace your note with
- When you are finished, tap (or click) the right pointing arrow icon to complete your note.
How do I delete a note?
To delete a note:
- Tap (or click) the select tool, then tap (or click) “Select Objects” from the dropdown menu.
- Tap (or click) and hold the note you want to delete
- Tap (or click) the delete option that appears after selecting the note.
- Tap (or click) the "Delete" option to confirm the action
